230 Batch payment reversal

Similar to Batch Payment Reversal [U0306] (interactive) and Batch Payment Reversal [U0470] (EOP). Batch payments are to be processed each day.

Input File

Batch payment reversal utility takes an input file of following (where * is the Portfolio number) and process it for payment reversal.

 p*_bpmtrev.dat  

Users must first create an input file, place it in $udata directory which must have a portfolio number to process batch to reverse payments. LeasePak deletes the batch payments reversal input file once it completes the processing of reversal of the portfolio automatically. It will process the payment reversal that has been entered into LeasePak using the batch number. It will reverse the full batch of payments made for one check.
After users log on the LeasePak server, start the LeasePak Utilities, and select the Batch Payments utility, the program displays:

This utility option will process the batch payment reversals for a given portfolio.
This module is equivalent to the U0306 - Batch payment reversals update.
