111 Copy the batch payment and PAP files into LeasePak

Critical note:  Use this utility only on the advice of your NetSol representative; improper use will corrupt LeasePak and its database.

This is a NetSol product support tool used to copy the Batch Payment and Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) files into the LeasePak database. The utility takes an input file placed in $udata and copy the Batch Payments and Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) files.

Input File

Users must first create an input file, name it btchpmt.dat and place it in $udata data directory before executing this utility. The input file must contain a valid lease number. Batch processing input file format is similar to input file format given on End of Period [U0415]: Sequential Updates Batch Payment Input File.

After user logs on to LeasePak server, start the LeasePak Utilities, and select the Batch Payments utility, the program displays:

Upon completion, the Batch Payment file will be deleted from the '$udata' directory.
