range of lease numbers to run with each process. Utility 213 checks if the new field "EOP lease range are manually entered Y/N" from u0212
Portfolio-EOP Customization in ras EOP accrual system table is set to 'Y' for each portfolio. If the flag is set to 'Y', then utility 213 will not
