201 Account Payment History Report

This utility will extract the same data as extracted in LeasePak interactive R0909 report in xml and csv files. The utility will:

• Extract portfolio based xml report same as R0909 interactive report.
• Extract transaction history detail records for the portfolio.
• Extract summary of the transactions for each lease in the given portfolio.

Note: Users must own Vervent Custom Modules module to access this utility.

Running the Account Payment History Report Utility

After logging on the LeasePak server, start the LeasePak Utilities and enter '201'. This utility runs from the command line same as other LeasePak utilities. The interface is as follows:

This utility will generate account payment history report in XML and CSV formats containing all leases for a given portfolio.


Do you wish to continue (Y/N)?

Enter 'Y' or 'y' to continue. However if you enter any other response including (blank), the system exits the utility and returns you back to the LeasePak Utilities main menu.

Enter the correct LeasePak client string password to proceed. The program will display:

Enter the portfolio to report, <RETURN> to exit:

Enter a valid portfolio number. An invalid portfolio number will result in an error message return the user to the same input request.

Generating account payment history report for portfolio'2' completed.

The system will display the above message with the actual portfolio number being processed when only one portfolio is selected to run the job.

The system will generate account payment history report files with names "p#_lpr0909_det.csv", "p#_lpr0909_sum.csv", and "p#_lpr0909.rpt" in the user's home directory. Upon running the utility multiple times, the system will overwrite the output files in the user's home directory if any remain as a result of prior running of the utility.
