222 PTMS Export

Note Level 2 Beginning with LeasePak 6.6a, the utility will no longer output fixed-width (with fixed field widths) text file. PTMS no longer supports this file format, but they do support delimited files, so the output will now be tilde (~) delimited. As a result, Customer and Lessee long names no longer need to be truncated to 25 characters, and the file will support the longer Manufacturer and Model codes introduced in 6.6a. Contact your NetSol representative for more information.

Prepares an export file for the Property Tax Management System (PTMS) software. The user must specify the portfolio/company/region/office combination, file name, and start date. The file name format is PPCCRROOO.dat, where PPCCRROOO is the P/C/R/O combination.
This Utility option is used to create PTMS export file

Enter ‘A’ or ‘a’ to include all assets in your extract that have an acquisition date less than or equal to the lien date entered in the previous prompt regardless of the asset status whether it is currently on lease or not.

Enter ‘L’ or ‘l’ to extract all assets attached to a lease with an activity status that does not start with ‘N’ and regardless of the asset's status as long as the lease commencement date is less than or equal to the lien date entered.

NOTE:The utility will not extract any asset whose Report Property Tax flag (rpt_ptax_c) is turned off no matter what is entered in the last prompt.

The export file will list the number of unique leases that are being selected in the given PCRO for which assets booked on them will be extracted. The leases are selected based on the following criteria.

  • The status (rls.act_s) is not equal to N* which means the lease is active and not matured or paid off.
  • The commencement date of the lease (rls.d_com_s) is >= the lien date entered when the utility is run.

Once the leases to be included in the extract are determined, only assets attached to those leases will be extracted and only if their report property tax flag (req.rpt_ptax_c) is set to Y. Fields exported to the file are:
