This message should disappear after your browser fully loads the document. If you can still see this message after 5 seconds (or up to 10 seconds if you are accessing the site using a dial-up connection) and you know the Documentation Suite is installed correctly and your browser set up properly, click the Refresh or Reload button on your browser.

If this does not solve the problem, it probably means either (1) you are not using one of the supported Web browsers; (2) you do not have JavaScript enabled--you must have JavaScript enabled to use the Documentation Suite; (3) you do not have your Documentation Suite network drive correctly mapped for using the F1 key from within the LeasePak client software; or (4) you do not have permissions for or access to the parent docsuite directory. Refer to Document Load Troubleshooting (this is a basic HTML document without scripts or styles) for instructions on how to fix the problem.

If the problem is (4) that you do not have permissions for or access to the parent docsuite directory, you may also not be able to view the Document Load Troubleshooting document. In this case, contact your network administrator for assistance.
