getR0109

Overview

This method extracts R0109 Payment Amounts, Amortization Schedule, and Reverse Rate Calculations from outside of LeasePak and returns LeasePak's Model Amortization (R0109) report as an XML. User must provide an input xml to process this method through R0109 edit checks including lessor's accrual method, commencement date, payment frequency, and terms along with the portfolio number. Apparently, R0109 provides payment amount calculation amortization schedule and IRR calculation for an existing lease. The report calculates the same on run time, if user gives it required data without lease number on the first screen of R0109. The method getR0109 works for run time calculations with the input parameters. getR0109 process it and generates an XML output. The method enforces same edit checks as of R0109 Model Amortization to ensure the integrity of the input data.

The method takes XML input file, validate the values of the elements of XML, and then process the input data same as if the values were entered in through R0109 Model Amortization. This method supports the following accrual methods:

• AOSL
• ROSL and
• RAX(E,0,5,6)
