Loan Inventory [R1101]
The
Loan Inventory report [R1101] provides an inventory of underlying loans for leased
assets. Both loan information and leased asset information are displayed.
The
report may be accessed through the Loan report menu [R11] and
is generated interactively for all lenders and loans.
Loan
Inventory Report
The Loan Inventory report
[R1101] reports at the loan level and provides the following information:
- LOAN
The
loan number is displayed.
- INCEPTN
DATE
The beginning or
starting date of the loan is displayed.
- STATUS
One of the following loan
status values is displayed:
Loan
The loan is outstanding and not matured. This is the starting status code when
a loan is initially entered onto the system.
Active
Matured The loan has matured.
Paid/Removed
The loan is paid off. The loan information is deleted from the files during the
second End of Month process through the Loan Accrual update [U0455]. For example,
paid/removed loans for January 1 through January 31 are erased during the End
of Month process for February.
- LOAN
TYPE
One of the following
loan types is displayed:
- R/N
R represents recourse, N,
non-recourse.
- INTEREST
RATE
The interest rate
for the loan is displayed.
- CURRENT
PRIN BALANCE
The current
principal balance owed to the lender is displayed.
- ASSET
The asset number(s) associated
with the loan are displayed. There may be multiple assets associated with the
loan.
- ASSET
DESCRIPTION
The description(s)
of the asset(s), as entered through the Add Asset option of the New Lease update
[U0101], is displayed.
- ASSET
STATUS
The long form
of the asset status is displayed. Refer to the Status Codes document for
a list of asset
status codes and their meanings.
- FEDERAL
NET BOOK VALUE
The federal
book value of the asset is displayed. It is calculated as follows:
FEDERAL TAX BASIS (adjusted
for ITC)
- ACCRUED FEDERAL DEPRECIATION
- TOTALS
Page totals for the number of
loans and the current principal balance are shown by lender.
