The Historical General Ledger report [R0410] provides past General Ledger account balance information. The months that comprise the current fiscal quarter and up to 5 previous quarter totals are displayed on the report. The number of previous quarter totals displayed depends on space available on the report after the current fiscal quarter information is displayed.
The report may be accessed through the Audit Control report menu [R04] and may be selected interactively for:
The report may be automatically generated for each portfolio at the end of the month through the End of Period update [U0401]. Use the END OF PERIOD MODULES AND REPORTS screen under the End of Period Customizations option of the Portfolio update [U0212] to specify whether the report is created.

General Ledger report [R0410] reports at the office level and provides the following
information:
Quarter totals summarize the months that comprise the quarter. Therefore, most accounts (e.g., contract receivable, lease payments receivable, etc.) should be divided by 3 for the average monthly balance. The displayed account balance totals for income accounts, if zeroed monthly, would be meaningful as either a total for the quarter or, divided by 3, an average for the quarter. General Ledger account balances are zeroed at the end of the month through the Zero Monthly General Ledger Accounts update [U0450].
