changeSupplementalDepreciation
Users can change existing supplemental depreciation information of on-lease asset by using this method. changeSupplementalDepreciation method also support to add supplemental depreciation information to an asset tied to a lease. Non-lease asset(s) are not supported.

java.rmi.RemoteException - Exceptions that may occur during the execution of a remote method call.
Where:
input - - XML document with all required parameters to change and add supplemental depreciation information for an asset tied to a lease.
