This method allows a user to update one-time electronic payment according to the information supplied in the input XML file. The method must read in the XML file, validate the values of the elements, and then update one-time electronic payment information as if the values were entered in through U0134 update. The web service will pass back informational and error messages. The messages will return in the form of an XML file with INFO and ERROR elements.     java.rmi.RemoteException - Exceptions that may occur during the execution of a remote method call.

Where:

      input - - XML document with all values needed to update PAP info.
