Web Services API (mPower) Server

System Requirements

Server Hardware

See next section for disk space requirements.

• Machine: Intel x86 computer (unless you are installing the Web Services API server on your LeasePak server machine).
• Memory:
  • 1 GB RAM minimum
  • 2 GB or more recommended

• Network Card: Ethernet, token ring, etc. NetSol recommends having 2 cards; one for Internet communication and one for your internal network.
• CD-ROM: Unless you have the operating system pre-installed or are installing the Web Services API server on your LeasePak server machine, you will need a CD-ROM drive on the Web Services API server computer to install the OS.

Server Disk Space

• 300 MB minimum
• 500 MB or more recommended

Server Operating System

Software

• Red Hat Release 7
• Any other version of Linux or Unix that is compatible with one of the supported web server software installations (see below). Use this option if you are installing the Web Services API server on your LeasePak server machine.

Patches

Install all critical patches and updates recommended for your operating system.
