U0488 Cash Control Cleanup clears rbc Batch Cash Control and rbd Batch Cash Control Detail records where rbc.status_s is 'COMP' for Completed and rbd.clearing_c clearing indicator is 'Y' meaning record is processed and available for cleanup. The number of months to wait before clearing processed records is set through "NO OF MONTHS BEFORE CLEARING UP CC/BP BATCHES" in U0712 Custom General→Miscellaneous Customizations.
