U0446 General Ledger Lessor Income

Use R0905 Lease Inquiry→Accrual Information to view the results of this process.

This module updates the GL Lessor Income Month-to-Date, Year-to-Date and Life-to-Date of each lease. These fields will be tracked and updated each time EOP End of Month is run. This process reads through rtx Monthly Transaction records for each lease, adds and subtracts the debits and credits, and calculates values for the following rlsb Lease 3 (sister to rls Lease) table columns:

• rlsb.gl_in_ltd_d "GL lessor income L-T-D"
• rlsb.gl_in_mtd_d "GL lessor income M-T-D"
• rlsb.gl_in_ytd_d "GL lessor income Y-T-D"

This JULE Fund 1998 enhancement will calculate the U0446 GL Lessor Income for leases that were booked after the option is selected. Any leases booked prior to the selection of this in U0212 Portfolio or purchase of the JULE Fund 98 module will only calculate the GL Lessor Income on a forward basis.
