U0432 Collateral Initialization

U12 Collateral tracking optional license module is required for this EOP process.

This is the initialization program for the Collateral module of LeasePak. It is available only if the Collateral module is purchased. Those assets that do not have a certificate of ownership and/or UCC in place after a designated number of days from the acquisition date of the asset are assigned to a collateral clerk and tracked by the Collateral module. The number of days that determines when tracking begins for an asset is determined by the DAYS AFTER ASSET ACQUISITION DATE TO INITIATE CERTIF OF OWNERSHIP TRACKING and DAYS AFTER ASSET ACQUISITION DATE TO INITIATE UCC TRACKING parameters, located on the first screen of the Miscellaneous Customizations option of U1222 Collateral Portfolio.

This module also removes assets from the Collateral module when the titles are secured.

Error messages are written to exception files in the ERR directory. The file names have the following general format: EXEOP_Pnn_U0411_mp.XPN. 'Pnn' refers to the portfolio number; 'mp' refers to the multi-process count parameter.
