This module cleans up the data files after a lease is paid off or terminated or an off-lease asset is sold.
Skip Comments: There is no adverse effect if this update is skipped. The records are cleaned up when Closed Lease Cleanup is next run
The following database tables may be affected by this update. Note that no records are ever deleted before a user defined number of days. This number of days is specified using the NUMBER OF DAYS TO WAIT BEFORE CLEANING UP LEASE RECORDS parameter in U0212 Portfolio→Miscellaneous Customizations.
| mja | Asset Notebook | If the asset is deleted, Asset Notebook information for that asset is also deleted |
| mjl | Lease Notebook | If the lease is deleted, the Lease Notebook information for the lease is also deleted |
| mwk | Collateral Work Schedule | If the asset is deleted, Collateral work schedule information for that asset is also deleted |
| mwm | Maturing Lease Work Schedule | If the lease is deleted, the Maturing Lease work schedule information for the lease is also deleted |
| ral | Lessee | The lessee of the paid off or terminated leases is deleted if the lessee is not referenced by any application |
| rbl | Target Principal Amounts | The target principal amounts information of the paid off or terminated leases is deleted if it is not referenced by any application |
| rch | Change Key History | If the lease is deleted, the historical Change Key information for the lease is also deleted |
| rcs | Historical Asset | The Historical Asset record is deleted during the End of Day process 30 days after the Closed Asset information is transferred to ryr End of Year Tax. This process occurs when EOP/End of Year is run |
| rcu | Customer | The list of leases for a customer is adjusted if the deleted lease is associated with a customer |
| rdm | Demographic | The demographic information of the paid off or terminated leases is deleted if it is not referenced by any application |
| req | Asset | All assets associated with a paid off lease (sold assets) are deleted. If the asset is part of an underlying loan, it is removed from the underlying loan list. Information on the asset is stored in rcs Historical Asset to be used for the End of Year tax reports |
| res | Equity Movement History | If the asset is deleted, the asset movement history for that asset is also deleted |
| rfl | Group | The list of leases for a group is adjusted if the deleted lease is associated with a group |
| rgc | Co-Lessee/Guarantor/User Defined Client Cross-reference | The cross-reference records of the paid off or terminated leases are deleted if not referenced by any application. The guarantor and co-lessee are also cleaned up if they are not used by any other lease or application after the RGC record is deleted |
| rha | Historical Accounts Receivable | If the lease is deleted, the historical accounts receivable information for the lease is also deleted |
| rhq | Historical Asset for Lease Extension/Reversal | If the lease is deleted, the historical asset information for the lease is also deleted |
| rhs | Historical Lease for Lease Extension/Reversal | If the lease is deleted, the historical financial information for the lease is also deleted |
| rht | Historical Payment | If the lease is deleted, the historical payment transaction information for the lease is also deleted |
| rhy | Lease Year to Date History | When the RLS record is removed, all corresponding RHY records will be deleted as well. Because the lease number is known, Clean up will find all records regardless of the year and delete them for each lease |
| ris | Investor Settlement | The investor settlement information of the paid off or terminated lease is deleted if all settlements have been made |
| rjp | Preauthorized Payment Schedule | PAP schedule records for the deleted lease are removed |
| rls | Lease | Paid off or terminated leases are deleted. If the lease is part of a customer or group, it is removed from the customer or group list. Major information for the lease still exists in rps Historical Lease |
| rmf | Loan | If the asset has one or more underlying loans attached to it and the asset is deleted, all underlying loans for the asset are also deleted |
| rpc | Principal Change | If the lease is deleted, the principal change information for that lease is also deleted. |
| rpd | Payoff Quote | If the lease is deleted, the payoff quote information for that lease is also deleted |
| rph | Payment History | If the lease is deleted, the payment history information for that lease is also deleted |
| rpp | Participation Payable | If the lease is deleted, the participation payable information for that lease is also deleted |
| rtl | Loan Transaction | If the lease is deleted, the loan transaction information for that lease is also deleted |
| rtp | Tax Payable | If the asset is deleted, the use tax payable history is also deleted. If the lease is deleted, the recurring charge payable history, if applicable, is also deleted |
| rua | User Defined Asset Fields | If the asset is deleted, the User Defined Fields record for that asset is also deleted |
| rub | User Defined Asset Table | If the asset is deleted, the User Defined Table record for that asset is also deleted |
| rug | User Defined Lease Fields | If the lease is deleted, the User Defined Fields record for that lease is also deleted |
| ruh | User Defined Lease Table | If the lease is deleted, the User Defined Table record for that lease is also deleted |
