Salesperson [U0702]

Introduction
The
Salesperson update [U0702] is used in conjunction with vendors/dealers and commission
calculations for marketing personnel; it is used to add, change, or delete codes
and names of lessor's sales personnel.
In
LeasePak, each marketing representative, or salesperson, is assigned a code. This
code may be a number, the salesperson's initials, or any other alphanumeric characters.
The amount of business
brought in by the salesperson is used to calculate commission due. For more information,
refer to the Salesperson Commission
report [R0204].

The
initial screen lists all salesperson names currently on file. Either click on
Add or highlight one salesperson to be changed or deleted.

- ENTER
OPTION
Enter the letter
corresponding to the option desired.
- ADD
Adds a salesperson code
and name.
- CHANGE
Changes the salesperson name selected from the list.
- DELETE
Deletes the salesperson name selected from the list .

- SALESPERSON
CODE
Enter a code for
the salesperson being added. This may be a number, the salesperson's initials,
or other alphanumeric characters. Maximum is 4 characters. Use the Help
button for a list of existing codes.
- SALESPERSON
NAME
Enter the salesperson's
name. Maximum length is 36 characters.
Change
Salesperson

This
screen is used to change salesperson information.

Change the salesperson's
name. The salesperson code may not be changed; it must be deleted and added correctly
if it contains an error.
Delete
Salesperson

The
above message is displayed to confirm or cancel the pending deletion.
