Notebook Report [R0922]
The
Notebook report [R0922] produces a list of existing notes for an application/lease,
asset, or client. It may be used to review all comments, actions, problems, and
concerns for an application, lease, asset, or client. The report is organized
by date the notes were entered.
The
report may be selected interactively for:
- An
application or lease
- An
asset
- A client
Notebook
Report Selection
- CLIENT
Enter the client number
associated with the notes desired. Client Search is available.
- APP/LEASE
Enter the application number
or lease number associated with the notes desired. Client Search is available.
- ASSET
Enter the asset number associated
with the notes desired.
- NOTE
TYPE
Enter the code
for the type of notes desired. Leave blank if all notes types are desired. If
TYPE is entered then at least one of the 3 fields described above must be entered.

Notebook
Report
The report is sorted
by entry date. Refer to the DISPLAY
OLDEST ENTERED NOTES FIRST switch of the Security update [U0706] for more
information on sorting by the note entry date (newest to oldest or oldest to newest
entry date).
- DATE
ENTERED
The date the
note was created is displayed.
- DATE
FOLW-UP
The follow-up
date is displayed.
- PC
Y is displayed if action
has already been taken on the note.
- TYPE
The note type code is displayed.
- FRM
The initials of the note
creator are displayed.
- TO
The initials of the person
assigned to follow-up on the note are displayed.
- PR
The priority of the note
is displayed.
- COMMENTS
The note title and comments
are displayed.
