Month-To-Month Leases [R0921]

 

The Month-to-month Leases report [R0921] shows all leases booked or extended on a month-to-month basis. Month-to-month leases are leases which generate payments but have no pre-determined maturity date. Included are operating leases booked as month-to-month leases using the Book Lease option of the New Leases update [U0101], and month-to-month extended leases established through the Lease Extension update [U0108] when an existing lease matures. The report is organized by Portfolio, Company, Region, Office. The report selects only those leases which have a term of zero (0).

Refer to the Book Lease option of the New Lease update [U0101] for more information on booking month-to-month operating leases. Refer to the Lease Extension update [U0108] for more information on establishing month-to-month extended leases.

The report may be accessed through the Operational Reports menu [R01] and may be selected interactively for:

• All leases
• A portfolio
• A company
• A region
• An office

 

Month-To-Month Leases

• ALL
  Enter X to report on all month-to-month leases. Leave blank to report on a specific portfolio, company, region, and/or office.
  
  
• PORT
  Enter the number of the portfolio upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across portfolios.

• COMP
  Enter the number of the company upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across companies.
  
  
• REGN
  Enter the number of the region upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across regions.

• OFFIC
  Enter the number of the office upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across offices.

 

Month-To-Month Leases Report

The Month-to-month Leases Report [R0921] reports at the lease level and provides the following information:

• LEASE
  The number of the lease is displayed.

• LESSEE SHORT NAME
  
  
• DESCRIPTION
  
  
• COMMENCE DATE
  For operating leases booked as month-to-month leases through the New Leases update [U0101], the commencement date is displayed. For month-to-month leases established through the Lease Extension update [U0108], the maturity date of the original lease is displayed.

• FREQ
  The payment frequency of the lease is displayed.
  
  
• PAYMENT AMOUNT
  
  
• AVERAGE MONTHLY PMT
  Office, region, company, portfolio, and grand totals for the average monthly payments are printed.
