The Lessee Address Listing/Labels report [R0920] produces a list of lessees and their addresses. The report is organized by Portfolio, Company, Region, Office, Lease or Customer, Group. It also provides the ability to produce mailing labels for one or more selected lessees.
The report may be accessed through the Operational report menu [R09] and may be selected interactively for:
The Lessee Address Listing report [R0920] reports at the lease level and provides the following information:
Special mailing label continuous forms should be used for this report if mailing labels are generated.
The mailing labels should first be loaded into the line printer and aligned properly.
Specs for continuous form mailing labels should be as follows:
one wide (one label across)
5-inch width
15/16-inch length
