Asset Description Listing
[R0916]
The Asset Description
Listing [R0916] lists the asset manufacturer and model names currently stored
on LeasePak. Manufacturer and model names, used for assets with a vehicle classification
(i.e., class code starts with a V), are entered through the Add Asset option of
the New Lease update [U0101]. The manufacturer and model names for the asset may
be changed through the Asset update [U0210].
The
report is organized alphabetically by Manufacturer Code. The report may be accessed
through the Operational report menu [R09] and
may be interactively selected for:
- All
manufacturers and models
- A
manufacturer
Asset Description Listing Selection
- ALL
Enter X to report on all
manufacturers and models. Leave blank if reporting for a specific manufacturer.
- MANUFACTURER
Enter the manufacturer code
upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting for all manufacturers.
Asset
Description Listing Report
The Asset Description
Listing report [R0915] reports at the asset description level and provides the
following information:
- MNF
CODE
The up-to-4 letter
manufacturer abbreviation (e.g., CHEV = Chevrolet, MBZ = Mercedes Benz) is displayed.
This manufacturer code is determined when entering the manufacturer information
through the Asset Description update [U0710].
- MDL
CODE
The 4 letter model
abbreviation (e.g., CONC = Concord, SPRI = Sprint) is displayed. This model code
is determined when entering the model information through the Asset Description
update [U0710].
- MANUFACTURER
NAME
The complete manufacturer
name is displayed.
- MODEL
NAME
The complete model
name is displayed.
