Vendor Advice of Maturing
Leases [R0802]
The
Vendor Advice of Maturing Leases report [R0802] allows the lessor to notify the
vendor of leases which are due to mature. The report can be a useful marketing
tool for the vendor.
The
report is organized by Vendor. The report may be accessed through the Vendor report
menu [R08] and may be selected
interactively for:
- All
leases
- A vendor
- A
lease
Vendor
Advice Of Maturing Leases
- ALL
Enter X to report on all
leases. Leave blank to report on a specific vendor or lease.
- VENDR
Enter
the number of the vendor on which to report. Leave blank if reporting across vendors.
- LEASE
Enter the number of the
specific lease upon which to report.
- EFFECTIVE
DATE
Enter an effective
date in either MM/DD/YY or MM/YY format or in DD/MM/ YY format, depending on the
Date Format
Preference field in Security [U0706]. The MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY effective date
automatically defaults to the current date. This may be overwritten to a user-selected
date. All leases scheduled to terminate on the date entered are selected for the
report. If an effective date in MM/YY format is entered, all leases scheduled
to terminate in the month and year entered are selected for the report.
Vendor Advice of Maturing Leases

- LEASE
- LESSEE
NAME
The complete lessee
name and address are displayed.
- DESCRIPTION
The description of the lease,
as entered through the Book Lease option of the New Lease update [U0101], is displayed.
- LEASE
DATE
- MATURITY
DATE
- RESIDUAL
- TOTALS
The total estimated market value of all the asset(s) for the lease at lease maturity
is displayed.
Page
totals for all dollar amounts are shown by vendor.
