Investor Settlement Listing [R0206]

The Investor Settlement Listing report [R0206] provides a register of all settlements to investors currently pending processing. The Investor Settlement Listing report [R0206] is informational only. It may be used to review all due and pending investor settlements. Generating this report does not cause settlement amounts to be created or LeasePak files to be updated. To process the actual settlement to investors, use the Investor Settlement update [U0124]. The Investor Settlement update [U0124] may be executed interactively or automatically at the end of day. Refer to the Investor Settlement update [U0124] documentation for more information. The report is organized by Investor and Portfolio. The selection screen is used to select either all investors, a specific investor, a lease, or an investor and lease for which settlement should be processed.

Note: A settlement amount is due to an investor when the invoice for a discounted lease is fully paid. In addition, the date that is obtained by adding the deferral days for the selected investor into the payment due date has to be before or equal today's date.

The report may be accessed through the Operational Management report menu [R02] and may be selected interactively for:

• all investors
• an investor
• a lease
• an investor of a lease

Investor Settlement Listing Selection

• ALL
  Enter ‘X’ to report on all investors for which a due settlement amount exists. Leave blank to report on a specific investor or a specific lease.
  
  
• INVESTOR
  Enter the investor upon which to report. An INVESTOR cannot be entered if ALL is selected. If both INVESTOR and LEASE is entered, the discounted lease must be associated with the investor. Press HELP for a list of valid investors. Refer to the Investor Update [U0216] for more information on Investor.
  
  
• LEASE
  Enter the lease number upon which to report. A LEASE cannot be entered if ALL is selected. If both INVESTOR and LEASE is entered, the discounted lease must be associated with the investor. Press HELP to search for a valid lease number.

Investor Settlement Listing

The Investor Settlement Listing report [LPR0206] is organized by investor and portfolio. Invoices are grouped together by lease. This report provides the following information:

• LEASE
  The invoiced lease number is displayed.
  
  
• AP
  For assumed payments a ‘*’ will be displayed. Otherwise, this field remains blank.
  
  
• LESSEE NAME
  The name of the invoiced lessee is displayed.
  
  
• PART %
  The investor participation percentage within the investor group is displayed.
  
  
• INVOICE NUMBER
  The invoice number of the payment in which the investor is participating is displayed. The invoice has to be paid in full in order to appear on this report, since settlements to the investors will only be distributed if the invoiced payment has been received in full.
  
  
• PARTICIPATION AMOUNT DUE
  The investor participation amount for the particular invoice is displayed. A participation amount is due if today’s date is on or past the date obtained by adding the deferral days for the investor into the payment due date.
  
  
• PARTICIPATION AMOUNT PENDING
  The investor participation amount for the particular invoice is displayed. A participation amount is pending if today’s date is before the date obtained by adding the deferral days for the investor into the payment due date.
  
  
• TOTALS/ GRAND TOTALS
  The page totals for the Investor Settlement Listing report [LPR0206], reflects the number of due settlements and the sum of all due settlements for each investor.
  
  Grand totals for the settlement amounts are shown for each investor.
