202 Lease Inquiry Report

Generates R0905 Lease Inquiry bulk or consolidated xml report(s) for a given portfolio in rpt file.

Running the Lease Inquiry Report Utility

After logging on the LeasePak server, start the LeasePak Utilities. This utility runs from the command line same as other LeasePak utilities. The interface is as follows:

This utility will generate lease inquiry report in XML format.
Do you wish to continue (Y/N)?

Enter 'Y' or 'y' to continue. However if you enter any other response including blank, the system exits the utility and returns you back to the LeasePak Utilities main menu.
Enter 'Y' or 'y', the program will display:

Client Password?

Enter the correct LeasePak client string password to proceed. The program will display:

Enter the portfolio to report, <RETURN> to exit:

Enter a valid portfolio number. An invalid portfolio number will result in an error message (Invalid Portfolio '10'.) return the user to the same input request. The program will display:

Enter c for consolidate or b for bulk report, <RETURN> to exit:

Enter c for consolidated report or b for bulk report. The system will continue and proceed to processing based on selected option. In case of blank input, the utility will exit and return the user to the server command line. If user enters any other response, the system will display Invalid Selection.

Generating Lease inquiry report for portfolio '2'…

Generating Lease inquiry report for portfolio'2' completed.

The system will display the above message with the actual portfolio number being processed to run the job.
The system will generate Lease Inquiry Report with name "p#_lpr0905_##########.rpt" and saves it in user's current working directory.

p# is the portfolio number
########## is lease number
