Report Selection

Field Descriptions

Lease

To report on all assets tied to a lease, type the lease number or click to start the Client Search function, which allows searching for a lease by VIN or lessee number.

Asset

To report on an individual asset, type the asset number or click to start the Asset Search function.

 

Field Descriptions

All

Type 'X' to report on all transactions.

Start Date

Type a starting date for the date range you want to report on, or leave blank if 'All' is selected, or if you want to report on all transactions before a specified End Date.

End Date

Type an ending date for the date range you want to report on, or leave blank if 'All' is selected, or if you want to report on all transactions after a specified Start Date.

Field Descriptions

ASSET

The asset number is displayed.

IDENTIFICATION

Asset identification number is displayed.

MANUFACTURER

Manufacturer of the asset is displayed.

MODEL

Model of the asset is displayed.

METER

Asset meter number is displayed.

DESCRIPTION

Asset meter description is displayed.

ORIGINAL METER READING

The original reading of the meter is displayed.

TRANSACTION DATE

The transaction date of the asset meter is displayed.

OPERATOR

The operator name of the asset meter is displayed.

INVOICE #

The invoice number of the asset meter is displayed.

DUE DATE

The due date of the meter is displayed.

NEW CREDIT

The new credit amount of the asset meter ids displayed.

CURRENT METER READ

The selected meter reading is displayed.

ITEM BILLABLE

The number of billable items is displayed.

ITEM CREDIT

The amount of credited item is displayed.

RATE

The percentage rate of the transaction meter is displayed.

AMOUNT BILLABLE

The billable amount of the transaction meter is displayed.

AMOUNT CREDIT

The amount credit to the transaction meter is displayed.

TOTAL TRANSACTION AMOUNT

The total transaction amount of the selected meter is displayed.

TOTAL METER CHARGES

The amount if total meter charges is displayed.
