Repo Request
This option works with U1701 Recovery Tracking module, a separately purchased module of LeasePak. In order for this option to appear in the selected tracking modules, users must have purchased that particular tracking module and Recovery tracking module. Use tracking module->user setup option Menu tab to select the options to appear in the menu listing.
This menu option allows a customer service representative or collector to refer a delinquent account to be repossessed. The account will then be reassigned to the supervisor's queue in order to be approved. Supervisor permissions are set in the U1731 Recovery update User Profile.
When the repo request is approved, the account is transferred from the tracking module work schedule to the Recovery Work Schedule. If Repo Request is denied, the account is assigned a new status and reassigned to the appropriate queue.

This screen allows the user to request a repossession of assets.
