U13 Insurance tracking optional license module is required for this EOP process.

This is the initialization program for the Insurance Tracking module of LeasePak. It is available only if U13 Insurance tracking optional license module is purchased. Those leases whose insurance policies have expired are assigned to a staff member's work schedule and are tracked in the Insurance Tracking module. The number of days that determines when tracking begins for an expired insurance policy is determined by the DAYS BEFORE EXPIRATION TO INITIATE TRACKING parameter, located on the second screen of U1322 Insurance Tracking Portfolio.

This module also updates and removes accounts from the Insurance Tracking module when they are updated.

Error messages are written to exception files in the ERR directory. The file names have the following general format: EXEOP_Pnn_U0434_mp.XPN. 'Pnn' refers to the portfolio number; 'mp' refers to the multi-process count parameter.
