U14 Maturing Lease tracking optional license module is required for this EOP process.
This is the initialization program for the Mature Lease Tracking of LeasePak. It is available only if the Mature Lease Tracking is purchased. Those leases that are due to mature within a designated number of days are assigned to a staff member's queue and are tracked in the Mature Lease Tracking. The number of days that determines when tracking begins for a maturing lease is determined by the DAYS BEFORE MATURITY TO INITIATE TRACKING parameter, located on the first screen of the Miscellaneous Customizations option of U1422 Maturing Lease Portfolio.
Leases with Maturing Lease Teams associated with a U0201 Vendor will be assigned accordingly. If the field in U0201 Vendor is blank, the assignment will be processed as defined in U1422 Maturing Lease Portfolio.
This module also removes accounts from the Mature Lease Tracking if they are terminated or paid off.
Error messages are written to exception files in the ERR directory. The file names have the following general format: EXEOP_Pnn_U0411_mp.XPN. 'Pnn' refers to the portfolio number; 'mp' refers to the multi-process count parameter.
