Lessee Address Listing/Labels

The Lessee Address
Listing/Labels report [R0920] produces a list of lessees and their addresses.
The report is organized by Portfolio, Company, Region, Office, Lease or Customer,
Group. It also provides the ability to produce mailing labels for one or more
selected lessees.
The
report may be accessed through the Operational report menu [R09] and
may be selected interactively for:
- All
leases
- All customer
and groups
- A portfolio
- A
company
- A region
- An
office
- A lease
- A
customer
- A group
Lessee
Address Listing/Labels
- ALL
Enter X to report on all
leases. Leave blank to report on a specific portfolio, company, region, office,
lease, customer and/or group. If ALL is selected, leases that belong to a customer
or to a group are also reported. However, these leases are sorted by their P/C/R/O
and lease numbers, rather than their customer or group numbers.
- ALL CUST
Enter
X to report on all customers. Leave blank to report on a specific P/C/R/O, lease,
customer and/or group. If ALL CUST is selected, only leases that belong to a customer
or to a group are reported (sorted by customer and group).
- PORT
Enter
the number of the portfolio upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across
portfolios.
- COMP
Enter the number of the
company upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across companies.
- REGN
Enter
the number of the region upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across
regions.
- OFFIC
Enter the number of the
office upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across offices.
- LEASE
Enter
the number of the specific lease upon which to report.
- CUST
Enter the number of the
customer upon which to report. CUST may not be entered if a portfolio, company,
region, office, or lease number is entered. CUST must be entered if GROUP is entered.
- GROUP
Enter the number of the
group upon which to report. GROUP may not be entered if a portfolio, company,
region, office, or lease number is entered.
- PRINT
THE BILLING ADDRESS (Y/N)?
Enter
Y to print the lessee billing address, N to print the lessee address.
- PRINT IN LABEL FORMAT (Y/N)?
Enter Y to print in label
format, N to print as a regular report.

The Lessee Address Listing
report [R0920] reports at the lease level and provides the following information:
- LESSEE NAME
The full name of the lessee
is displayed.
- ADDRESS
1 / 2
- CITY
- ST
- ZIP CODE
Additional
Information
Special mailing
label continuous forms should be used for this report if mailing labels are generated.
The mailing labels should first
be loaded into the line printer and aligned properly.
Specs
for continuous form mailing labels should be as follows:
one wide (one label across)
5-inch width
15/16-inch length
