Auxiliary Address Listing [R0919]

The Auxiliary Address Listing [R0919] shows addresses of all Collection Agencies, Credit Bureaus, Legal Firms, and Remittance Addresses.

The report may be accessed through the Operational report menu [R09] and may be selected interactively for:

• Collection agencies
• Credit bureaus
• Legal firms
• Remittance addresses

 

Auxiliary Address Listing

• SELECT ONE OPTION
  Enter the letter corresponding with the Auxiliary Address Listing [R0919] option desired.
  
  
• COLLECTION AGENCY
  This option generates the Auxiliary Address Listing [R0919] for collection agencies.
  
  
• CREDIT BUREAU
  This option generates the Auxiliary Address Listing [R0919] for credit bureaus.
  
  
• LEGAL FIRM
  This option generates the Auxiliary Address Listing [R0919] for legal firms.
  
  
• REMITTANCE ADDRESS
  This option generates the Auxiliary Address Listing [R0919] for remittance addresses.

Each option has a similar screen with the corresponding name of the selection entered.

• ALL
  Enter X to report on all addresses of the type selected (e.g. collection agencies, credit bureaus, legal firms, etc.). Leave blank to report on a specific collection agency, credit bureau, legal firm, or remittance address.

• COLLECTION AGENCY
  Enter the 4 character code of the collection agency on which to report. This field appears only if collection agency is selected as selection type. Leave blank to report on all collection agencies.

• CREDIT BUREAU
  Enter the 4 character code of the credit bureau on which to report, if credit bureau was selected. Leave blank to report on all credit bureaus.

• LEGAL FIRM
  Enter the 4 character code of the legal firm on which to report if legal firm is selected. Leave blank to report on all legal firms.

• REMITTANCE ADDRESS
  Enter the 4 character code of the remittance address on which to report if remittance address is selected. Leave blank to report on all remittance addresses.

 

Auxiliary Address Listing

Each register provides the following information for each auxiliary address selection:

• CODE
  The 4 character code for the collection agency, credit bureau, legal firm, or remittance address is displayed.

• NAME
  
  
• ADDRESS 1 / 2
  The address for the collection agency, credit bureau, legal firm, or remittance address is displayed.

• CITY
• STATE
• ZIP (or postal code)
• CONTACT NAME
• CONTACT TITLE
• PHONE NUMBER
