Chart Of General Ledger
Accounts [R0917]
The
Chart of General Ledger Accounts [R0917] lists General Ledger numbers and names
that are used by all LeasePak accounting units (portfolio, company, region, and
office).
The report may
be accessed through the Operational report menu [R09] and
may be selected interactively for:
- All
- A
portfolio
- A company
- A
region
- An office
Chart
Of General Ledger Accounts Selection
- ALL
Enter X to report on all
General Ledgers. Leave blank to report on a specific portfolio, company, region,
and/or office.
- PORT
Enter the number of the
portfolio upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across portfolios.
- COMP
Enter
the number of the company upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across
companies.
- REGN
Enter the number of the
region upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across regions.
- OFFIC
Enter
the number of the office upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across
offices.
Chart
Of General Ledger Accounts Report

The Chart of General Ledger Accounts report [R0917] provides the following
information for each General Ledger selected:
- GENERAL
LEDGER NUMBER
The General
Ledger account number is displayed.
- GENERAL
LEDGER NAME
The name
of the General Ledger account is displayed.
Additional
Information
Account names
and numbers for any General Ledger may be changed through the Office
G/L Change update [U0716].
