Maturing Lease Mailing
Labels [R0913]
The
Maturing Lease Mailing Labels report [R0913] produces mailing labels for leases
which are due to mature on a specific day or in a specific month and year. These
may be used for mailing letters to notify the lessee of the upcoming lease maturity.
The report is organized
by Portfolio, Company, Region, Office. The report may be accessed through the
Operational report menu [R09] and
may be selected interactively for:
- All
maturing leases
- A portfolio
- A
company
- A region
- An
office
- The effective
date (selects leases due to mature either on a specific day or in a specific month)
Maturing
Lease Mailing Labels
- ALL
Enter X to report on all
maturing leases. Leave blank to report on maturing leases for a specific portfolio,
company, region, and/or office.
- PORT
Enter the number of the
portfolio upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across portfolios.
- COMP
Enter
the number of the company upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across
companies.
- REGN
Enter the number of the
region upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across regions.
- OFFIC
Enter
the number of the office upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting across
offices.
- EFFECTIVE DATE
Enter
a date in MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY format, depending on the
Date
Format Preference field in Security [U0706], to select leases maturing on
a specific day, or enter a date in the format MM/YY to select leases maturing
in a specified month and year. The current date is the default for the effective
date in MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY format. It may be changed or cleared.

Report

The Maturing Lease Mailing Labels
report [R0913] produces mailing labels with the following information for each
lease due to mature:
- LESSEE
NAME
The full name of
the lessee is displayed.
- LESSEE
ADDRESS
The first line
of the lessee address is displayed.
- LESSEE
ADDRESS #2
The second
line of lessee address, if applicable, is displayed.
- LESSEE
CITY
The city of the
lessee is displayed.
- LESSEE
STATE
The state of the
lessee is displayed.
- LESSEE
ZIP CODE
The ZIP code
of the lessee is displayed.
Additional
Information
Special mailing
label continuous forms should be used for this report.
The
mailing labels should first be loaded into the line printer and aligned properly.
Specifications for continuous
form mailing labels should be as follows:
one
wide (one label across)
5-inch
width
15/16-inch length
