Serial Number Inquiry
[R0907]
The Serial Number
Inquiry report [R0907] provides the lease number(s) for an account when only the
equipment serial number is known.
The
report may be accessed through the Operational report menu [R09] and
may be selected by the serial/identification number.

NUMBER
Enter the serial
number of the lease upon which to report.

The Serial Number Inquiry report
[R0907] reports at the asset level and provides the following information:
- SERIAL NUMBER
- PORTFOLIO
/ COMPANY / REGION / OFFICE
- LEASE
The lease number of the
asset, if on-lease, is displayed.
- ASSET
The number of the asset
is displayed.
- VENDOR
The vendor associated with
the asset, if any, is displayed.
- CLASS
The classification of the
asset is displayed.
- LESSEE
SHORT NAME
The short
form of the lessee name, if the asset is on-lease, is displayed.
- MANUFACTURER
The
manufacturer of the asset is displayed. This field is shown only for assets with
a vehicle classification (i.e., class code starts with a V).
- MODEL
The
model of the asset (with a vehicle classification) is displayed. This field is
shown only for assets with a vehicle classification.
- YEAR
The year of the asset (with
a vehicle classification) is displayed. This field is shown only for assets with
a vehicle classification.
- LICENSE
NUMBER
The license number
of the asset is displayed. This field is shown only for assets with a vehicle
classification.
- ASSET
DESCRIPTION
The description
of the asset is displayed.
