Vendor Mailing Labels

The Vendor
Mailing Labels [R0803] produces address labels to be used for mailings to vendors.
The report may be accessed
through the Vendor report menu [R08] and
may be selected interactively for:
The
labels are produced in vendor number order.

Mailing Labels Selection
- ALL
Enter X to create labels
for all vendors. Leave blank to report on a specific vendor.
- VENDR
Enter the number of the
vendor upon which to report. Leave blank to report on all vendors.

The Vendor Mailing
Labels report [R0803] prints mailing labels for vendors, including:
- VENDOR NAME
- VENDOR
ADDRESS
- VENDOR
CITY / STATE / ZIP
Additonal
Notes
The addresses for
all vendors on file are printed, regardless of the vendor's status (i.e., addresses
for vendors with a terminated status are printed).
Special
mailing label continuous forms should be used for this report.
The
mailing labels should first be loaded into the line printer and aligned properly.
The continuous form mailing
label specifications should be as follows:
- one
wide (one label across)
- 5-inch
width
- 15/16-inch length
