Individual Turnaround
[R0504]
The Individual
Turnaround report [R0504] summarizes by individual owner the average number of
days/hours/minutes that applications remained in one status before moving to another
status. The report is used as a tool in measuring productivity or analyzing workload
and is organized by team and by application owner within each team. Any owners
not belonging to a team are listed at the end.. From the Application report menu
[R05] . The report may be selected for:
- All
teams
- A team
- An
individual owner
- All
applications with a status transfer on any date
- All
applications with a status transfer on or before a specified date
- All
applications with a status transfer on or after a specified date
- All
applications with a status transfer on or between two specified dates
Individual
Turnaround Selection
- ALL
Enter X to report on all teams. Leave blank to report on a specific team or
individual owner.
- TEAM
Enter the team on which to report. Use Help for a list of valid teams. Leave
blank to report on all teams or a specific owner.
- OWNER
INITIALS
Enter the initials of the owner on which to report. Use Help
for a list of valid owners. Leave blank to report on a specific owner.
- ALL
Enter
X to report on all dates. Leave blank to report on a time period.
- START
DATE
Enter the start date in MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY format, depending on
the Date Format
Preference field in Security [U0706]. All applications with status transfer
on or after this date are selected. If both START DATE and END DATE are entered,
all applications with status transfer dates on or between these dates are selected.
Leave START DATE blank if all applications that have changed status are desired,
or if all applications that have changed status on or before the END DATE are
desired.
- END
DATE
Enter the end date in MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY format, depending on the
Date Format
Preference field in Security [U0706]. All applications with status transfer
on or before this date are selected. If both START DATE and END DATE are entered,
all applications with status transfer dates on or between these dates are selected.
Leave END DATE blank if all applications that have changed status are desired
or if all applications that have changed status on or after the START DATE are
desired.
Individual
Turnaround Report
The Individual Turnaround
report [R0504] reports at the individual owner level. The timing is based on 24-hour
work days. Holidays and weekends are excluded. The most recent status of the application
will not be reported on this report. For information regarding to the most current
status of the application, refer to the Application Activity report [R0501].
- TEAM
The
team code which meets the selection criteria is displayed. Each team is printed
on its own page.
- TEAM
DESCRIPTION
The team description is displayed.
- OWNER
INITIALS
The owner initials which meet the selection criteria are displayed.
- APPLICATION
STATUS
All application statuses which the owner has been assigned are
displayed.
- AVERAGE
TIME
The average time (days/hours/minutes) the owner's applications remained
in each status is displayed.
Example: The average time 2 days 3:48 hours is equal to 2 days, 3 hours and 48
minutes.
- NUMBER
OF APPLICATIONS
The
number of the owner's applications with the given status is displayed. This is
also used to calculate average time.
