The Turnaround Timing report [R0503] provides a summary of the amount of time applications remain in one status before moving to another status. The report may be used as a tool in measuring productivity or analyzing workflow and workload. The report is accessed through the Application report menu [R05] . The report may be selected for:
The report may be automatically generated for all applications at the end of the month through the End of Period update [U0401]. Use the END OF PERIOD MODULES AND REPORTS screen under the End of Period Customizations option of Portfolio update [U0212] to specify whether the report is created. Additionally, all application nformation will remain on this report until the Application File Clean-Up module is selected in Portfolio [U0212EP].
Note: If ALL is chosen, the report will select all applications with equipment costs between $0.00 - $99,999,999.99. If one amount is entered for the range and nothing is entered in the second field, the equipment cost amount entered will be used as the maximum.
The Turnaround Timing report [R0503] reports the time an application remains in each status from entry to completion. The timing is based on 24- hour work days. Holidays and weekends are excluded. The most recent status of the application will not be reported on this report. For information regarding the most current status of the application, refer to Application Activity report [R0501].
Note: If the turnaround time for a status is 9 hours or more, and less than 1 day, it will be reported on the 9 hours column. Therefore, if your company treats 9 hours as 1 work day, then the two columns (9 hours column and 1 day column) can be added to provide the total number of entries for a status with turnaround timing of 1 day (and less than 2 days).
Note: If the average turnaround timing for a status is less than 13.68 minutes, it will report as 0.00 days, since 13.68 minutes = 0.0095 days, and anything less than 0.0100 days will be rounded to 0.00 days.
