Asset Location [R1005]
The
Asset Location report [R1005] shows the physical location of the assets in the
portfolio. This location is the basis for sales/use tax calculations.
The
report may be accessed through the Asset report menu [R10] and
may be interactively selected for:
- All
states, counties and cities
- A
state
- A county
- A
city
Asset
Location Selection
- ALL
Enter X to report on all
states, counties and cities. Leave blank to report on assets in a specific state,
county and/or city.
- STATE
Enter the state code (the
2 letter post office abbreviation) upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting
on all states.
- COUNTY
Enter the county code (the
up-to-4 letter county abbreviation) upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting
on all counties and cities for a specific state.
Note: In order to handle county level taxes for Australian states, a standalone
conversion program is required.
- CITY
Enter the city code (the
up-to-4 letter city abbreviation) upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting
on all cities for a specific state and county.
