Credit Bureau Export (Metro2)

The
Credit Bureau Export program is a separately purchased module of LeasePak. This
stand alone interface works with LeasePak to extract lease account information
for Credit Bureau Reporting. This new program allows the user to mark delinquent
accounts in the Collection
Lease Summary of the Collection Work Schedule [U1101]. The Collection
Lease Summary is a separately purchased module of the LeasePak Collections
Tracking module. The stand alone Export program creates a file of data extracted
from all marked leases and a totals report. The program updates the date the lease
was last reported and the lessee TRW transaction type code. The totals sheet includes
the following:
- Transaction
Code totals
- Current
Balance totals
- Amount
Past Due totals
- Association
Code totals
Credit

LeasePakwill
allow the user to change the Activity Status Codes in the following updates:
- Suspended
Earnings update [U0115].
New Activity Status Codes have been added to LeasePak and will be assigned through
Suspended Earnings update [U0115]. When bankruptcy is reported the lease will
be a Suspended Earnings lease.
- Payoff
and Termination updates
[U0103]. This will assign the Payoff/ Termination the bankruptcy status codes.

parameters need to be set in order for LeasePak to correctly extract the delinquent
lease information:
