Weekend and Holiday
Assignment [U0720]
The
Weekend and Holiday Assignment update [U0720] is used to enter the non-working
days of the year, both weekends and holidays.

This
screen is used to enter or change weekend days and/or holidays for the current
year. The current weekend and holiday schedule is displayed.
Field
Descriptions
- SELECT
WEEKEND DAYS
Select
weekend days by placing an X beneath the days. Leave non-weekend days blank.
- ENTER ALL HOLIDAYS
Enter the holiday dates
in MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY format, depending on the Date
Format Preference field in Security [U0706]. All holidays through January
31 of the next year should be entered. The date that is entered should be the
actual date that the holiday is observed. For example, if a holiday falls on a
weekend but is observed the following Monday, then that date should be entered.
Also, all holidays from November 1 of the prior year are retained on file.
