Names Listing [R0918]

The Names Listing report [R0918] shows all Approval Officer, Financial Institution, and Salesperson names on file.

The report may be accessed through the Operational report menu [R09] and may be selected interactively for:

• Approval officer
• Financial institution
• Salesperson

 

Names Listing Selection

• SELECT ONE OPTION
  Enter the option corresponding with the Names Listing option desired.

  APPROVAL OFFICER
  This option generates the Approval Officer Names Listing.

  FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
  This option generates the Financial Institution Names Listing.

  SALESPERSON
  This option generates the Salesperson Names Listing.
  
  

Approval Officer Report

The Approval Officer selection of the Names Listing [R0918] is used in conjunction with the New Lease update [U0101] and with the Application Tracking module [U0801]. It provides the following information:

• OFFICER
  The initials of the approval officer are displayed.
  
  
• APPROVAL OFFICER NAME

 

Financial Institution Report

The Financial Institution selection of the Names Listing is used in conjunction with the floating rate accrual and underlying loan functions of LeasePak and provides the following information:

• NUMBER
  The number assigned to the financial institution is displayed.
  
  
• FINANCIAL INSTITUTION NAME

 

Salesperson Report

The Salesperson selection of the Names Listing [R0918] provides the following information:

• CODE
  The code assigned to the salesperson is displayed.

• SALESPERSON NAME
