Non-Monetary Archive Report [R0413]

The Non-Monetary Archive Report [R0413], is part of the LeasePak v3.2a base system. This report will track all non-monetary changes throughout the life of the lease.

The Non-Monetary Archive Report will display the changed information when the AUDITING switch in the Miscellaneous Customization of the Custom General update [U0712] is set to 'Y'. LeasePak will update the maintenance table (RZU) and the client archive table (MZU) to audit all non-monetary transactions made to a lease.

LeasePak automatically disables the previous existing End of Period Maintenance Report [U0416] and replaces the EOP report with the new Auditing Extract update ($uexe/lpautil.exe 217).

All non-monetary changes must be extracted by date first. LeasePak will display the information based on lease number and all records on or before the extract date entered in the lease/util option. Certain non-monetary fields will be displayed in the report after the user has performed all the necessary changes to the lease.

 

This screen displays the $uexe/lpautil.exe 217 extract for the Non-Monetary Archive Report [R0413].

 

This screen is used to select the report destination.

 

This screen allows the user to enter the desired lease number to view all non-monetary transactions.

Field Description

• LEASE
  Enter the lease number.

 

This screen is used to enter the Effective Date of the non-monetary changes.

Field Description

• LEASE
  The lease number entered in the first screen is displayed.
  
  
• EFFECTIVE DATE
  Enter the Effective Date in which LeasePak will report all non-monetary changes. LeasePak will report all changes on or before the lease/util extract date entered.

 

Non-Monetary Archive Report

The Non-Monetary Archive Report displays all non-monetary transaction for the lease.

Field Descriptions

• DATE
  This field displays the DATE that non-monetary changes were made to the lease.
  
  
• TIME
  This field displays the TIME that the non-monetary changes were made to the lease.
  
  
• USERNAME
  This field displays the name of the user which made the non-monetary changes to the lease.
  
  
• OPTION
  This field displays the type of change that was made. The field value consists of the following three letters:
  • D= DELETE
  • U=UPDATE
  • I = INSERT
    
    
• KEY
  This field displays the KEY in which the non-monetary changes were made, the asset or lease number is displayed.
  
  
• TABLE
  This field displays the three letter TABLE name to which the non-monetary changes were made.
  
  
• FIELD NAME
  The field displays the FIELD NAME of the table to which the non-monetary changes were made.
  
  
• FIELD VALUE
  This field displays the new FIELD VALUE that was changed.
