Customer/Group Inventory

The Customer/Group
Inventory report [R0914] shows all leases and assets assigned to a specified customer
and/or group.
The report
may be accessed through the Operational report menu [R09] and
may be selected interactively for:
- All
customers and groups
- A
customer
- A group
Customer/Group
Inventory Selection
- ALL
Enter X to report on all
customers and groups. Leave blank to report on a specific customer or group.
- CUST
Enter
the number of the customer upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting on all
customers and groups. CUST must be entered if GROUP is entered.
- GROUP
Enter
the number of the group upon which to report. Leave blank if reporting on all
customers and groups.

The Customer/Group Inventory report
[R0914] reports at the lease level and provides the following information:
- LEASE
The
lease number is displayed. On the line(s) showing asset information for the lease,
this field is blank.
- ASSET
The numbers of all assets
tied to the lease are displayed. Only active assets tied to a lease will be included
in the report. All paid-off and terminated assets will be excluded from the asset
detail line. Multiple lines of asset information are displayed if the lease has
more than one asset associated with it. On the line showing lease information,
this field is blank.
- LESSEE
SHORT NAME
The short
form of the lessee name is displayed. On the line(s) showing asset information
for the lease, this field is blank.
- DESCRIPTION
The lease description is
shown on the first line for the lease (i.e., the line showing lease information).
The asset description(s) are displayed on the following line(s) (i.e., the lines
showing asset information for the lease).
- COMMENCE
DATE
The commencement
date of the lease is displayed. The commencement date to the maturity date equals
the term of the lease. On the line(s) showing asset information for the lease,
this field is blank.
- TERM
The term of the lease in
months is displayed. The term is the number of months between the commencement
date and the maturity date of the lease. On the line(s) showing asset information
for the lease, this field is blank.
- NET
INVESTMENT
The remaining
net investment of the lease is displayed. It is calculated as follows:
For precomputed interest leases:

- UNEARNED INCOME (LESSOR + VENDOR + INVESTOR)
For
simple interest leases:
ACCRUED PRINCIPAL
On
the line(s) showing asset information for the lease, this field is blank.
- PAYMENT
AMOUNT
The current payment
amount for the lease is displayed. On the line(s) showing asset information for
the lease, this field is blank.
- CAPITALIZED
COST
The starting cost
for the lease is displayed. It is calculated as follows:

+ OTHER CHARGES
- CAP REDUCTION
+ DOCUMENTATION FEES
+ BROKER FEE
BROKER
FEE is included only if it is capitalized (i.e., only if the broker payment method
is ‘PRIN’). On the line(s) showing asset information for the lease, this field
is blank.
- TOTALS/GRAND
TOTALS
Page totals for the number of leases and assets and all dollar
amounts are shown for each customer and group. Customer
and grand totals are shown for the number of leases and assets and all dollar
amounts.
Additional Information
Paid
off leases are also printed on the report and may be distinguished from active
leases by the lack of asset information for the lease. That is, paid off leases
do not have an asset number or asset description printed on the report. Also,
all paid off leases display a NET INVESTMENT, PAYMENT AMOUNT, and CAPITALIZED
COST of zero.
If all
customer/groups or a specific customer was selected, any leases associated with
only a customer are displayed first. Leases associated with a customer and group
(for billing) are shown after.
