The Short Name Inquiry report [R0906] helps a user find lease numbers for an account when only the lessee name (or partial name) is known.
From the Operational report menu [R09] and may be selected for:
An alternate report format may also be selected.Each lease is listed alphabetically by short name.
LESSEE SHORT NAME: BANK*
The following entry would search for all names containing the fragment "BANK":
LESSEE SHORT NAME: *BANK*
Note: Using leading wildcards in the LESSEE SHORT NAME field will slow down LeasePak’s response time, since it requires searching the entire database.
The normal format of the Short Name Inquiry report [R0906] reports at the
lease level and provides:
The normal payment amount is determined by finding the payment amount in the payment schedule in the position corresponding to the number of payments accrued since the commencement date. If the payment amount in this position is 0, the last nonzero payment before that is reported.
The alternate format of the Short Name Inquiry report [R0906] reports at
the lease level and provides the same information as the normal format, with the
following exceptions:
