Salesperson Commission
[R0204]
The Salesperson
Commission report [R0204] provides a listing of the leases booked for each salesperson,
sorted and totaled by vendor. It may be used to determine the commission amounts
due to each salesperson. The Salesperson Commission report [R0204] shows lease
booking information for each salesperson as well as total information of leases
booked by vendor for each salesperson.
The
report may be accessed through the Operational Management report menu [R02].
The
report may be selected interactively for:
- all
leases booked on or before a specified date
- all
leases booked on or after a specified date
- all
leases booked on or between two specified dates
The
report may be automatically generated for all salespersons for each portfolio
at the end of the month through the End of Period update [U0401]. Use the End
of Period MODULES AND REPORTS
screen under the End of Period Customizations option of the Portfolio update
[U0212] to specify whether the report is created.

Additional
Information
LeasePak
currently offers one commission calculation, as described above in the CONTENT
section for the Salesperson Commission report [R0204]. This calculation may not
conform to a lessor’s own commission calculations. However, the information and
selection criteria of the report are general enough that it may be useful if commissions
are calculated using another formula.
If
there are multiple salespersons on the same lease, the commission will be split
among the salespersons. However, the acquisition cost of the lease on the grand
totals report page will be double counted.
